**Your role**:
As our Production Supervisor, you'll be the guardian of great taste, the champion of consistency, and the ambassador of health and food safety You'll lead a team of houmous aficionados in our quest to maintain and deliver the quality of our beloved dips.

**What you’ll do**:

- To supervise line operatives on a day-to-day basis ensuring performance, productivity, quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Responsible for operating machinery, escalating issues to the correct department if there is an issue with the machine.
- Monitoring the quality and consistence of the product and machinery, escalating changes and concerns.
- Root cause analysis during production working with engineers and management to resolve issues within the factory
- Manage and coach the production team members to develop them into our succession pipeline

- Background in food production supervision or quality assurance - but if you're a houmous enthusiast with a knack for quality, we want to hear from you.
- A commitment to health and safety and food safety and quality standards that's as solid as a scoop of houmous on a pitta bread.

**Role**: Production Supervisor

**Working Hours**: Various shifts available

4:30AM-12:30PM,5:30AM - 1:30PM, 12:30PM - 8:30PM, 1:30PM-9:30PM, 2:00PM-10:00pm Monday to Friday

**Work Location**: Chaddock Ln, Worsley, Manchester, M28 1DR

**Job Types**: Full Time,

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Food production: 3 years (preferred)
