Regionally based - Two positions, one, Northwest and one, Southwest regions. Work from home is in place, however travel will be required to parts of the contract within the region.
- A 27 month programme in total that will include a nationally recognised level 3 qualification in building surveying plus HHSRS and EPC certification

**Who We’re Looking For**

Key responsibilities will include:
- Technical and assurance assessments in line with contract requirements
- Lodging Energy Performance Certificates
- Conducting HHSRS assessments
- Collating and submitting Estate Agent Details, floorplans and bespoke assessments where required.
- Key requirements:_
- Hold a full driving license with the ability to travel within region and by exception to other parts of the contract
- Computer literate - Good working knowledge of both in-house systems and MS Office tools
- A working knowledge of the MOD Housing contract, regional housing stock and the stakeholders who are influenced by this activity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both verbally and in written form in terms of relationship management with stakeholders
