**Service Overview**

The role is based at Holme Lodge, in West Bridgford. Here at Holme Lodge we specialise in supporting 19 people who have varying needs as a result of physical and long term neurological conditions including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, head/brain injury, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s disease, speech impairment, spina bifida and hydrocephalus.

**What is the role?**

Team Leader - £10.80 (FTE: £24,710.40)
- Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Support Workers.
- Administer medication, conduct assessments
- Ensure that care plans are kept up to date.
- Respect the dignity and preferences of the people we support as well playing your own part in establishing a home where everyone feels safe and confident to live their best life.
- Be involved and deliver daily activities to the people we support
- Manage and help organise the duty rota
