This role is within the Limited Company Team, providing technical support and guidance to your colleagues whilst ensuring clients are receiving proactive accountancy & Tax advice. Monitoring all work distributed to clients making sure it is technically correctand sufficiently explained.

This role is offering a bracket salary, depending on experience. The package is very attractive, along with great incentives.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Review of year end accounts prepared by other team members, ensuring they are compliant, and the relevant paperwork has been carried out.
- Review of P11D's and Self-Assessment Tax Returns ensuring the accuracy and appropriate tax regulations have been applied.
- Ensuring that the technical knowledge of the team is kept up to date through assistance and guidance.
- Ensure all yearend accounts & CT600's are prepared within statutory deadlines and internal SLAs.
- Assisting the Junior Accountants where required.
- Providing proactive outbound advice to clients both new and existing.
- Providing technical support to the organisations limited company/umbrella/sales teams.
- Reviewing and signing of client references.
- Closedown / Capital Distribution /MVL processing.
- IR35 calculations.
- Manage Workwelloutsourcers by monitoring the agreed SLAs and quality of work.

**Skills, knowledge, and experience required**
- Experience of working in a practice dealing with small businesses.
- Preferable working knowledge of the contracting industry (specifically with regards to IR35 regulations and Managed Service Company legislation).
- Experience in preparing & reviewing accounts & CT600s.
- Experience in calculating tax liabilities (Self-Assessment / Corporation tax).
- Technical knowledge in areas of company tax, VAT & personal tax.
- Confident with client interaction, in person, written and via telephone.
- Experience operating a limited company payroll.
- Ability to work as part of a team yet self-motivated and target driven.
- Excellent organisation skills with proven experience of working to deadlines.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability

? Good computer skills and understanding of accounting practice software preferably IRIS, FreeAgent.
- ACCA qualified

Hours and environment: Full time, you’ll work 37.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is an office-based role only, your expected working hours are 9:00 - 17:30
