**Civils Supervisor**

Excellent opportunity for an Telecoms professional to join an ambitious and rapidly growing company within the Fibre industry

The works are based in the North West (Merseyside & Cheshire). You will be responsible for running Virgin Media infrastructure builds, overseeing multiple teams of engineers and tracking/reporting the progress of the projects. You will report into the Directors and also be responsible for liaising with the clients and other contractors on site. You will have a Project Coordinator & Fibre/Civils Supervisors who report into you to support.

This role is suited to a fibre professional with supervisory or managerial experience and has previously worked on the Virgin Media network.

**The Role ;**
- Supervising & managing In-house Delivery Teams and onsite Engineering staff.
- Co-ordinate with Sub Contractor and Direct Labour resources to ensure delivery of required daily productivity.
- Monitor the quality performance of works and adherence to Client Specifications and HAUC Specifications.
- Coordinate all Highway activities with local authorities and back office staff ensuring appropriate Notices and traffic management are in place.
- Collating dailyy measures fand reporting back to Management team
- Deal with day to day issues and problem solving regarding onsite activities.
- Liaise with the local authorities and the general public with regards to works onsite.
- Comply with Health & Safety and environmental policies.
- Responsible to ensure daily van audits, onsite audits & toolbox talks are carried out.

- Effective Leadership and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to motivate others effectively.
- Good Supervision skills.
- Results orientated.
- Background in Construction Utility Industry, Extensive knowledge of NRSWA, SROH, Notices and Permit.
- Full Driving License
