As a Night Carer, you will be supporting residents with dementia in a residential care setting. This home consists of 27 beds across 3 levels. They are looking for caring, Emphatic individuals to deliver high-quality care to their residents in a respectfuland dignified manner.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Maintain high standards of care and service towards Service Users, Relatives, Visitors, and other members of staff.
- Following detailed support plans when supporting individual service users
- Being Proactive ensuring a safe environment to assist Service Users and Visitors
- Completing administrative records in detail and maintain all data.
- Adhere to policies and procedures, following appropriate action when needed
- Ensure the home is always secure
