Management Accountant

You will be:
- CIMA qualified, part qualified or equivalent qualification.
- Substantial experience of the development, production and review of monthly management accounts
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders on the budget and forecast process
- Experience in financial reconciliations and variance analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft office with Advanced Excel skills
- A logical thinker and able to resolve complex financial problems
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload with a flexible approach to work
- A confident communicator both written and verbal, able to listen, interpret, challenge, influence and explain complex financial principles to non-experts
- Excellent at building relationships and able to be a trusted business partner, developing excellent relationships through providing quality data and communication
- Highly competent with solid business acumen and a desire to gain a good understanding of the Trust organisational aims
- Experience of the financial system Business World is desirable
