We are looking for an experienced client relationship manager to join our Global Business Development team.
**Location**: Based in the City of London and remotely
**Salary**: £50,000 - 60,000, depending on experience
**Senior International Manager Duties**:
- Raising awareness of CISI’s professional and widely regarded industry related exams and membership offering globally
- Maintaining, developing, and building strong and effective relationships with existing key customers
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets. This includes the identification of potential new markets, from initial research to action, planning and delivery
- Liaising both within the Institute and externally with representatives from Governments, regulators, training providers, professional bodies, and related agencies
- Supporting the CISI international office network
- Writing proposals, statistics, management information, business plans and briefing documents
- Managing the accreditation process and ongoing relationship with training partners
**Senior International Manager Requirements**:
- Energy, personal stature, and interpersonal skills to represent the Institute and maintain relationships at all levels
- A proven track record of working successfully with corporate clients
- A proven track record of delivering results against KPIs
- Excellent organisation skills
- IT skills - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience of delivering high impact presentations
- 5 + years relevant experience, ideally in the financial services sector
**Senior International Manager Benefits**:
- 7½% company pension contribution into a personal pension, in addition to your own contribution of 1½% via salary exchange

- A Wellness Allowance of up to £30 a month
- 26 days leave per annum (which includes three days at Christmas)
- A travel allowance after passing probation which has a minimum value of £2,500 per annum
