**About the Role**

Primrose Bank near Godstone, Surrey provides a rural, supportive residential setting for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Individuals are supported to pursue a programme of activities around their individualised needs and choices.

Situated next to Tandridge Hill Farm, individuals supported at Primerose Bank can be involved with the farm - caring for the animals and learning about horticulture. They can enjoy a range of volunteer work at the farm and work towards an ASDAN qualificationto support employment in the local community.

You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. Develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shoppingand domestic duties. Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
