My client, a successful IT company based in Braintree, is looking for an Account Manager to join their friendly, growing team on a permanent basis.

Summary:
An Account Manager will assume all customer-facing activities for key customers and establish the program management structure for the account. The Account Manager will be responsible for customer service, management and growth of the account. This individualwill also help with new customer engagements and the launch of new company service offers including commercial account and business development opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall customer relationship with all relevant stakeholders including third parties/vendors/customers
- Commercial account and business development responsibility
- Plan and host weekly customer calls monthly business reviews and quarterly executive meetings
- Help on-board new customers - working with Operations, Finance, Reporting and other departments
- Ensure flawless account management and overall customer satisfaction
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/customer teams for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Develop project plan and objectives, as needed from time to time, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress
- Project/program change management, including scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure, report, and present program/project performance
- Develop and manage escalation structure
- Establish and oversee risk management at a project and program level
- Establish appropriate level of documentation across program and projects
- A passion for customer service and account management
- Previous account management experience, preferably within the Technology industry
- Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in account management structure
- A proven and measured track record of delivering projects within budget, scope, and schedule
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Experience in technology preferred
- A background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
