The project to upgrade SAP ERP to S4 Hana is a major business transformation programme with opportunities to automate and streamline processes and adopt SAP best practise, so familiarity with SAP and working in major project teams would be helpful. Thisexciting role is critical to ensure that the realisation of business benefits is facilitated by the provision of outstanding, accessible training both during the programme and embedded into future business practise, whilst also considering minimum disruptionto business operations.

Working for the Training and Development Business Partner, you'll share responsibility for the implementation of the training strategy for the SAP Evolution Programme. You'll use learning expertise and collaboration skills to ensure the design and developmentof engaging training solutions to secure successful user adoption of new systems and ways of working brought by the programme, and also use organisational and prioritising skills to ensure that all components of the training curriculum are provisioned effectively

**What does it take to be a Learning and Development Specialist?**
- Proven experience in project management/delivery environment
- Expert knowledge of training strategies, methodologies and technology
- Customer relationship management experience and a service improvement background
- Experience of operating in a geographically dispersed team
- Good SAP knowledge
- Proven experience in designing multiple training interventions
- Extensive knowledge of?instructional design theory and learning principles
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Comprehensive digital capability and ability to quickly understand technology
- Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels
- Ability to challenge constructively
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills to achieve credibility and build positive working relationships
