**Join Our Back & Body Medical Team**

We are recruiting for a dynamic and caring Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join our award-winning, forward-thinking medical team. This is a varied and exciting role combining hands-on clinical work in our medical theatres with important administrative duties to keep our clinics running smoothly.

**About the Role**

This is a cross-site position, primarily based at our Moulton clinic, with travel to our other locations. You will work alongside some of the UK’s leading Sport & Exercise Medicine Consultants, supporting them during a wide range of cutting-edge procedures such as:

- Guided spinal injections
- Joint preservation treatments (e.g. hyaluronic acid injections)
- Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy for soft tissue injuries
- Radiofrequency denervation for long term pain relief

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting doctors during procedures using X-ray (fluoroscopy) and ultrasound guidance
- Preparing equipment and medicines, maintaining a sterile field, and using aseptic techniques
- Supporting patients before, during, and after treatment — providing reassurance and clear aftercare advice
- Monitoring patients post-procedure and being their first point of contact for any concerns
- Managing medical stock control, safe storage, and completing audits in line with CQC standards
- Handling clinic administration such as booking appointments, taking payments, and managing diaries
- Providing reception cover when required
- Operating our MRI scanner and performing scans as part of your weekly schedule (full training provided)

**Training Provided**:

- Full 4-6 week training programme for both HCA and reception responsibilities
- MRI scanner technician training
- Phlebotomy training offered

**We’re looking for someone who is**:

- Naturally caring, empathetic, and professional
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Confident in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Comfortable using IT systems
- Able to start by the end of October

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential — we’ll provide all the specialist training you need.
