**Job Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Carers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The role involves working with seniors and individuals with various health conditions, including Dementia, in their homes. As a Carer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for your clients through personalised care and companionship.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing and changing colostomy bags.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist with mobility and transportation, including driving clients to appointments or social activities. You must have a full UK Driving License.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, observations, and progress.
- Support clients with behaviour management techniques when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean living environment.
- Assist with heavy lifting when required for client mobility.

**Skills**
- Proficient in first aid practices and emergency response techniques.
- Knowledge of senior care principles.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols.
- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on client care and compassion.
- Ability to manage cases effectively while collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Competence in meal preparation that meets dietary requirements.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting as needed for client support.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
