- emergency telephone service providing immediate advice using the Pathways system. As a call handler, you will be at the forefront of providing vital guidance and support to individuals in need, directing them towards the right care and offering reassurance during stressful situations.
- Main duties of the job

**Key responsibilities**
- Answering inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals, actively listening to their concerns, and gathering accurate information.
- Providing advice and signposting patients to the most suitable healthcare service or specialist.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT skills, ensuring accurate information is inputted.
- Willingness to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, handling high volume calls.
