**The Role**

You will be responsible for the leadership and continuing development of the Bristol Peer Support Team, providing line management to staff members with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team in line with service vision and organisational values

You will have experience of project management with a track record of achieving and being accountable for delivery of excellent outcomes within agreed deadlines

Working within DHI’s Bristol Community Recovery Service, you will also design and deliver training for treatment system partners’, peers and wider community training and be responsible for training needs analysis, planning and coordination to ensure a competent,responsive, recovery-orientated and skilled ROADs workforce.

The role involves actively contributing to and supporting the wider Bristol DHI services, Team Leaders and Service Manager to develop and enhance treatment services within ROADS.
