**Location: Waltham Cross, Herts**
**Salary:£26,000 - £28,000 DOE**
**Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7**
**Hours of Work:40 hours per week 0830 - 1630 (1 day in office, remainder remote)**

Our approach means that our clientscan relax in the knowledge that the essential groundwork has been done and that their order will be produced on time, in full and to the quality expected.
Due to our continued growth, we require a motivated self-starter with experience of managing relationships to join our team. Our key target market includes chains of pubs, hotels and restaurants, purchasing groups, catering companies and healthcare. TheAccount Managers role is to engage and build relationships with external stakeholders, to contribute towards the business & its growing customer base.
**Accountabilities**:
- Grow the existing Solstice customer base in line with KPI’s.
- Prospect and sign new accounts in line with KPI’s.
- Ensure customer purchasing portals are updated, aligned and signed off with the customer.
- Make sure that all customer requirements/complaints are promptly responded to when received and responded to appropriately.
- Be willing to undertake any other duties in relation to the customer service team, as may be reasonably required.
**Competencies / Skills/Experience/ Knowledge**:
- Previous experience within a similar role would be advantageous.
- Excellent listening, questioning and feedback skills.
- Very good computer skills.
- Customer Focused, with a professional manner & good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Able to work under pressure and remain calm whilst maintaining attention to detail.
