Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure are essential requirements together with great attention to detail for ensuring data is recorded accurately onto the patient administration system and inputting audit data, liaising with clinicans.

To be successful in this role you will possess GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths and office experience. For example: excellent interpersonal skills and IT skills and have relevant office experience. You must have effective communication skills and be adaptable to meet service needs. Knowledge of the hospital's patient administration IT systems and previous healthcare experience are also desirable.

The main emphasis of this role is to provide a comprehensive and courteous clerical service within the administration team.

Duties will include Data input into different audit databases, maintaining patient's case notes, operating IT systems as required.
