**Early Career Business Partner ( Graduates)

**What you will be doing**
- Identify and assess new and innovative approaches to graduate attraction and retention and ensure they are at the forefront of the Murphy graduate management
- Build and maintain the right brand for attracting and developing graduates that’s right for Murphy
- Agree and prepare the business for the best recruitment approach in each cycle, incl. keep warm follow up activity
- Identify and maintain the best sources of graduates and prepare the business for their engagement
- Advertise roles using the best advertising tools and techniques
- First line CV sifting and booking interviews following the business’s CV review
- Organise interview mop up sessions challenging suggested selections as and when appropriate
- Raise contracts in SF and initiate onboarding, ensuring the business can complete the onboarding process
- Order CSCS cards in time for the new starters to be able to visit/ undertake work on our sites
- Organise induction for all new starting cohorts
- Agree the framework for graduate development,communicate and organise development sessions, providing an unparalleled development experience for our graduate population
- Enrol individuals onto their professional qualifications and support their development journey
- Agree the framework for the performance management of graduates including preparing all of the agreed packs for the BUs to use
- Facilitate rotations and roll off conversations ensuring everyone gets a chance to experience more of Murphy
- Support the business in providing a holistic Murphy experience for our placements
- Reporting and data management of graduate population
- Ensure the graduate management strategy is well established, communicated and delivered across Murphy
- Act as a strong advocate for the Murphy at 75 people plan, particularly identifying and helping deliver ways to increase our diverse graduate population and their benefit to the business
- Provide assistance to any arising graduate matters
- Act as the lead contact for Murphy graduate input into bids/work winning
- Work closely and collaboratively with project based Murphy social value leads/D&I representatives maximising the opportunity to build the Murphy brand in the wider society
- Support the People Partners in effective implementation of graduate management and development practices in the business
- Proactively research and identify best practice initiatives and deliver as appropriate
- Attend relevant events to ensure continual personal and professional development
- Ensure People team’s contribution is strategically business relevant and aligned to our commercial
- goals
**Who we are looking for**
- Proven experience of working across the ET cycle
- Experience of recruitment for ET
- Experienced Development Partner for ET
- Proven experience of pushing the boundaries and implementing innovative solutions at work
- Knowledge of employer brand building
- Successful delivery of continuous improvement activities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to assimilate information quickly and advise impacts/opportunities
- Effective rapport builder working at ease with all levels across the business
