Our Supported Living team provides care and support for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs, and **we are recruiting**

**As a Support Worker, We are flexible around your home life 16-35 hour contracts available**

You will bee responsible for:
P providing high-quality, person-centred care and support that enables each customer to achieve their goals and live the life they choose, this can include:

- Providing support with personal hygiene, including toileting, bathing, dressing, helping with eating and brushing teeth.
- Performing basic housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and preparing meals.
- Ensuring customers receive their medication on time..
- Working on skill development to further independence and providing emotional support.
- Assisting with financial organisation support, meal planning and nutrition advice.
- Providing mobility support, including assistance with walking aids and wheelchairs.
- Identifying different opportunities for Supporting our customers with their such as leisure activities and their interests which may include bike rides, beach walks, sport activities or trips into town.
- Helping customers sustain make social connections by accessing the community and exploring and explore new work placement and volunteering opportunities, When they are ready to do so.

**What you need to work as a Support Worker with Guinness**:

- Experience is not essential as we provide full training and support
- You should be comfortable supporting customers with personal care.
- You should be flexible to work shifts with early starts and late finishes. All of and be able to work our support teams work alternate weekends (both days).
- Above all, you need **a real desire to care for others** and **make a real difference** to their quality of life.
