Now, we are seeking a talented and passionate Salon Receptionist to join our team, bringing their administrative, customer service, and marketing skills to contribute to our success. **Responsibilities**: - Showcase your exceptional administrative, secretarial, and organizational skills by managing our booking system, social media accounts, and mailboxes, ensuring smooth salon operations. - Take charge of the salon's demanding and intricate diary management, efficiently confirming and cancelling appointments, warmly welcoming clients, addressing inquiries, and regularly conducting patch tests. - Utilize your creativity and social media expertise to oversee our social media accounts and execute engaging marketing campaigns, driving the salon towards its full potential. - Foster collaborations with local businesses and organize exciting events, providing our community with unparalleled experiences. - Possesses a flexible "can-do" attitude, always staying two steps ahead and embracing new challenges. - Has previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a personal service environment like a beauty salon or spa. - Demonstrates exceptional administrative skills, including proficiency in various tech tools, enabling quick decision-making and efficient work execution. - Displays a passion for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards in all interactions. - Social media expertise is a prerequisite, including proficiency in creating captivating reels and engaging posts. - Prior experience in retail sales is a requirement. - Is available to work Tuesdays - 3pm -7.30pm, Fridays 9am - 3pm Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm, as part of their regular working hours.
