We are a leading financial services provider based in the Oldham area with a strong track record of helping businesses grow and succeed. We are currently seeking a Commercial Finance Sales Advisor to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptionalservice to our clients. You will recieved a fnatstic base salary of £25,000 and an uncapped commission structure, averaging around £50,000 in OTE's.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, including business owners, CFOs, and financial controllers, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's client base.
- Conduct financial analysis and assess the creditworthiness of potential clients to ensure that our services align with their needs.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining the benefits and risks of our services, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, and work with internal teams to ensure that deals are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, and provide regular reporting and analysis to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial finance products, including loans, leases, and lines of credit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
