**The Role**
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and highly skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. You will work across our whole school community providing cover for PPA and part-time teachers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- In conjunction with teachers, plan, prepare and deliver lessons
- Deliver learning activities for individuals, groups, and whole classes as appropriate.
- Supervise and manage classroom activities, ensuring a positive learning environment.
- Plan and adapt lessons under the guidance of teachers.
- Provide support for pupils with additional needs, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
- Contribute to assessment, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress.
- Maintain excellent communication with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.

- Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualifications/experience (eg Level 4)
- Is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrates flexibility, creativity, and resilience in a busy school environment.
