Red Radish are considered one of the very best in the business and we are looking for **outgoing, bright and experienced crew** that can be the (smiley) **faces of the business**. We are one of Europe’s fastest growing backstage catering companies and have a reputation for providing amazing food and service on a variety of **high-end TV, Film and Music productions.**

We are looking for **experienced front-of-house **to join us on a **freelance basis** working on an exciting project over in **Hertfordshire** for the next 6-7 months.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Setting up the dining area for service and ensuring it's kept looking clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensure all menu boards are written up correctly ahead of each service.
- Ensuring the smooth service of all meals to cast and crew in a professional manner.
- Ensuring our customers feel happy, loved and looked after.
- Replenishing food, tea & coffee stations.
- Making sure that stock levels are well maintained and that we never run out of anything and putting away any FOH deliveries, where required.
- Making the breakfast pots, as well as assisting the chefs with preparing the afternoon tea.

**Required experience**:

- 2+ years experience in hospitality.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- The ability to cope in high-pressure-non-fail busy environments.
- Bright & Bubbly personality.
- A can-do attitude and someone that definitely doesn’t mind a challenge and mucking-in
- Live within a commutable distance to Hoddesdon & Enfield.
- A clean driving licence and a car to get to/from the studios in time for the early starts.
- A love of food and some knowledge of the events/catering industry would also be useful, although not essential.
- Not afraid of long days and often very early starts.
