At our vibrant 3-16 school, our mathematics team has a solid foundation, with a history of results that have been among the strongest in the school. While the outcomes in 2024 were not where we wanted them to be, progress in mathematics has historically been in the average category in secondary and above average in primary.

Mathematics is a key focus in our journey of school transformation. As part of this, we are committed to empowering our pupils to achieve good passes, enabling them to access many more courses and opportunities when they leave us. Naturally, every school wants to achieve this, but we are truly committed to putting in the resources to make this a reality. You won’t need to start from scratch, the curriculum is robust, and you have leadership capacity within the team as well as strong support from SLT. We like maths too
