Working 37.5 hours a week, you will join the team at Potters Bar Clinic, where you will provide care for young people and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorders in an established 24-hour care environment. The CAMHS Tier 4 Low Secureservices are for young people aged 13-18. With experience from the NHS or private sector, you will provide clinical leadership to the ward nursing teams during the night shifts. This will see you ensure the standards of care is maintained and offer guidance, training and supervision to junior membersof the team. As a Night Nurse Manager, you will promote and safeguard the wellbeing and care of everyone present during the night shifts across the adults and CAMHS services, this will see you have oversight of the staffing budget. You will provide a daily handover report, which should include positive risk management plans, new referrals and discharges and any incidents that may have occurred overnight. **Other responsibilities** - Ensure that the OBS hours are recorded correctly on the system before cut off time - Ensure the quality and accuracy of IRIS documentation, incident management and incident reporting as per policy and procedures - Contribute to pre-admission assessment of referrals and compile a plan of care alongside the individual and monitor patient progress **To be successful in this role, you will**: - Personal learning and development - Evidence and values-based practice - Knowledge of evaluation and quality assurance - Experience in providing reports - Qualified as either RMN, RMNH or RNLDExperience within an Acute and HDU setting within a leadership/management capacity
