We are looking for a lettings negotiator to join their dynamic and successful team and let properties across Leicester.

**As a lettings negotiator, you will be responsible for**:

- Generating and conducting viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiating and closing deals with landlords and tenants
- Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients
- Achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a lettings negotiator or a similar role
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a car
- A good knowledge of the local property market and legislation
- A confident, proactive and results-oriented attitude
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company
