**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial record management.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve office processes.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a receptionist is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is beneficial.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and office management practices is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Experience in customer support or service roles is beneficial for effective client interaction.
- Knowledge of dental or medical receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory.
