Project Coordinator

Would you like to take on a new role in project administration and office support that would provide you with a great opportunity to take your first step into the medical communications industry? This role is ideal for someone with an interest in science and a desire to help our clients to bring new treatments to the world in areas of unmet medical need.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting an engaging and talented project team, ensuring timely and successful project delivery within the approved budget. Activities on client accounts include development of scientific publications, design and delivery of virtual and in-person meetings, podcasts and online training, and preparation of materials to be presented at symposia and international congresses.
You will be encouraged and supported to learn and to develop with us, in order to achieve more than you ever believed you could, and, together with your team, you will accomplish great things.
**We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator who has**:
- a Bachelor’s degree
- understanding of project management processes and life cycle
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- excellent attention to detail
- great organization skills and the ability to prioritize work and to meet deadlines
- good numeracy skills.
