Major Players are working with an award-winning communications agency that have just won the huge social account's for 2 world re-known beer brands. They are now looking for a **freelance** Digital Account Director to lead the team for both new accounts
This role is starting at the beginning of Jan and will require hybrid working.
Role Requirements;
- Responsible for the overall direction of digital accounts in the agency
- Develop and oversee creative and engaging social media content plans
- Work with the client to advise and support on the day-to-day handling of all social media channels
- Work closely with PR team to create engaging, integrated campaigns that work across multiple platforms
- Continually drives innovation across the digital team with a finger on the pulse of the digital landscape
- Ensure profitability across all digital accounts
- Oversees digital pitches and strategy, working with the pitch team to deliver proposals, pitches and strategies
- Oversee digital output across the business, providing direction to ensure best in class results
- Leads on strategy for Full Fat's owned digital channels
- Working across Instagram primarily, but also Twitter (not hugely active channel), and Facebook. You will also need to advise on using Pinterest, Reddit, and TikTok.
Required Skill set;
- Experience experience in digital, influencer engagement and social media, specifically with consumer brands and cultural organisations.
- Excellent knowledge of online marketing, influencer engagement and digital communications platforms as well as PR tactics.
- Successful experience in launching and driving digital campaigns that have built momentum for awareness and consumer acquisition
- Experience in working to ROI based client evaluations.
- Deliver reports and presentations to the Founders, Managing Director, Senior
- Be the digital expert at the agency across all digital output - advanced technical know-how across social media platforms, paid advertising, SEO and analytical tools
- Not be afraid to roll up their sleeves when presented with a challenge
- Have big ideas and always be thinking of creative ways to drive results
