**One of the values of Community Integrated Care is our passion for our people and every year we invest in our front-line worker pay inline with the Living Wage increase each April. Our promise has always been clear: we will do everything in our power to improve pay for colleagues. And so, if you start with us between now and 31 March 2025 your pay will be £13.74 per hour then from the 1**April 2025, this will increase to £14.42 per hour.**
**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
- This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a service supporting 3 people. This is a supported living service which comprises of 3 individual flats that are tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of the people supported. The people supported are outgoing and fun people who have different personalities, hobbies and interests.
- This service will be supporting people with learning disabilities, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence. As an advanced support worker here, you will need to be able to think outside the box, adapt to different support styles, be a team player & be passionate about caring and supporting others. This is a great opening to make a real difference to the lives of others and gain great development.
**We currently have a full time vacancy working a mixture of shifts, including**8am-8pm, 8am-3pm, 3pm-8pm and 8pm-8am. This position requires a driving license.**
