We are currently seeking tutors for the reopening of our tuition center, Brilliant Minds Academy, located in Seven Kings, Ilford. The centre was highly successful in it's previous run and had a track record of great success.

The pay for this position is set at £13 per hour, and sessions are scheduled on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 6.30 pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide tutoring sessions to students in need of academic support. Maximum 4 students per tutor.
- Develop individualized lesson plans based on students' specific needs and learning styles
- Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and other stakeholders
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special education needs or learning difficulties
- Patience and empathy to create a supportive learning environment
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Excellent organizational skills to track student progress and maintain accurate records

This position requires a passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed. If you have experience working with children, particularly in special education settings, and possess strong communication and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

Please note that this is a part-time position with flexible hours.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 8 per week
