**Job Title: Housing Administrator**
**Locations**:Sevenoaks, TN13 (hybrid working between office and home)**
**Contract Type**:10 months FTC maternity contract**
**Work Pattern: Monday-Friday 37 hours per week**
**Start Date**:ASAP**
**Salary: £25,792**
A new opportunity has become available for a Housing Administration officer to provide Business Support to the home ownership team within a local Housing Association. This will be a 10 Month maternity cover contract on a fixed term basis
**Main tasks and duties
- **
- Providing efficient administrative support to the home ownership team to enable them to market and sell new and existing shared ownership and leasehold homes
- The first point of contact for new enquires received via our sale inbox or direct phone line and assigning responsibility if necessary
- Complete monthly core returns for resale and new build completion ensuring the data entered is accurate
- Deliver consistent customer service against agreed standards to a diverse customer group, being flexible where necessary to achieve positive outcomes
- Build successful collaborative relationships with all customers, colleagues, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Oversee document and filing management for the team ensuring we comply with GDPR requirements
- Assist the team with relevant sales marketing research to support new business opportunities
- Look to continuously improve our processes and use of systems to improve the teams' sales outcomes
**Essential Criteria:
- Experience of working within housing (desireable)
- Computer literate in particular with Word and Excel
- String Administration background
