IRC is pleased to be representing a leading Chester, based full-service legal practice. **They are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team in their central Chester office.**

You will be working with a highly experienced yet young and dynamic Property team. The practice has one of the strongest litigation teams in the region and their broad expertise means they can support clients with all their commercial property litigationneeds. As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be supporting retailers, developers, housebuilders, social housing providers, property investors, utility companies, holiday parks and other landowners.

**About you**:
You will be a newly qualified or experienced solicitor specialising in Property Litigation. You will want to carve out your career in a growing, forward-thinking and dynamic legal practice. You will be commercially aware with excellent attention to detailand have excellent organisational skills. Creative problem-solving will be a strength and you will be adept at building and maintaining relationships with both clients and colleagues.
