**Job Overview**
Vitruvian Dental Studio is a fast growing luxury cosmetic dental brand. Due to expansion of locations and the building of a new ops office we are looking to increase the size of our bookings team.

The role is in office during probation to assist with training then can transition to hybrid working from home with some office days

The role focusses on managing incoming enquiries and assisting with booking initial consultations along with a great commission scheme

With full and part time positions available Between week day working hours of 9-6 with at least 1 Saturday rota'd (shorter hours 9-2) fairly flexible on the days for the right applicant

**Location**

Our Leeds office at The Springs (stunning outdoor retail park) is due to complete early February, we're happy to wait until then if travel is an issue or ideally would offer immediate office space in our brand new Barnsley location until this opens on a temporary basis

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

**The Ideal Applicant**
- Friendly personable
- Pre-existing dental knowledge (i.e. previous dental nurse/receptionist wanting to change career direction)
- Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
