Team Leader - Founders & Co - Swansea

Hourly Rate: £10.40 p/h

The Founders and Co brand is totally unique with the site in Swansea being the first of it's brand. Our values are based around helping and supporting the local community, encouraging and enhancing the creativity of both our employees and our guests and collaborating with the very best of local food, drinks and retails businesses to create a unique space in the heart of Swansea. Our coffee shop run by Little Man Coffee offer some of the best specialty roasted coffee. The food vendors are the very best of local talent from around South Wales & the bar offers a range of crowd-pleasing cocktails mixed with some local welsh beers on tap.

A Team Leader is an important role in the Management Structure that holds significant responsibility. You'll own the guest experience within your bar and coordinate the team to deliver exceptional service. You'll ensure that we are set up for success and be responsible for upholding brand standards and in delivering our purpose - To create fun and memorable experiences for our teams and guests

You'll catch people doing things well and give developmental feedback to resolve performance gaps. You'll be a supportive coach, motivator and professional when interacting with the Team. You'll be a communicator and help team members understand the value of their contribution towards our goals.

In our Team Leader role you can progress onto duty management and Team Leaders will have access to enroll on our Management Academy course. A development program leading onto Assistant Manager.
