We have an exciting new opportunity to work within the Lynwood Group at our partner practice Ensbury Vets. Working closely alongside our Wimborne and Bournemouth branches, we are looking forward to welcoming someone with a passion for client experience and animal care to join the wonderful existing client care team at Ensbury.

- Have friendly and polite telephone manner, so that you can ensure that our clients' needs are met and any concerns are dealt with efficiently and effectively, using your high standard of customer service skills and empathy with potentially emotional situations.
- Be keen to learn
- Use active listening and take on board key information
- Remain calm in a crisis
- Assist the vets with holding and restraining animals for blood tests and other procedures (full training will be provided)
- Help out with the daily cleaning of the reception area and mopping up any 'accidents' in the waiting room etc
- Work well within a team but also able to work independently

You will be working closely with the rest of the Client Care team, along with the Veterinary & Nursing teams, to ensure a smooth operation - so a good team player is essential. Good communication skills are vital.

The role is 35 hours per week, with some long days (8am - 7pm with an hour's lunch) and some half days, plus Saturdays on a rolling rota basis.

The role would be primarily on a rota, however with flexibility to change based on holiday and sickness needs across the group.

**Client Care Experience is essential.**

Veterinary experience is helpful but not essential.

Hiring for this role is ongoing, with a flexible start date.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: £9.80 per hour
