Role: Support Practitioner

**Salary**: £20,800 - £22,000

Location: Renfrewshire (Paisley, Renfrew. Erskine)

Our reputable client are currently looking for experienced support practitioners to join their team, working around the Renfrewshire area. You will be providing high quality support to adults with learning/ physical disabilities. This particular service covers Care at Home and Housing Support services.

If you are compassionate, dedicated and respectful of others, you're well suited for this role. Please note that no previous healthcare experience is required, the client will provide full training, allowing you to learn from the best.

Roles and Responsibilities as a support practitioner:

- Carry out all aspects of personal care, assisting with feeding, bathing, washing & dressing.
- Record keeping on all charts (feeding, activity etc)
- Following care plans and writing reports.
