**Job Summary**
As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination and execution of various events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all attendees.

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with the event team to plan and organise logistics for events
- Assist in setting up event spaces, including decorations and equipment
- Welcome and assist guests during events, providing excellent guest services
- Support event activities such as fundraising initiatives and upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event operations

**Skills**:

- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests, team members, and external partners
- Time management abilities to meet deadlines and ensure events run smoothly
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant settings is advantageous
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest services and create a welcoming atmosphere

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
