Veterinary Receptionist

**We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team here at The Village Group**

This is a hands on role especially at branch practices so you will need to be confident in handling animals. This is a permanent role, working a mixture of shifts (08:00-17:00 and 10:30-19:30). You will be based across all four branches, therefore a clean driving license and access to own transport is essential.

Previous veterinary receptionist experience would be preferable but not essential.

Main duties would include:

- Answering the telephone, booking appointments and processing prescription requests
- Dealing with clients at the reception desk, taking payments and dealing with enquiries
- Accurately recording client and animal information on our IT system, so good IT skills would be preferable
- Cleaning duties are involved

The salary for this position will be in line with National Minimum Wage +3% cost of living increase.
