Page Personnel are working with a Not for Profit and Charities organisation in Salford who are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. This is a standalone role so they are ideally looking for someone with generalist experienceand excellent stakeholder management.
**Client Details**
The client are a Charity based in Salford who support the most vulnerable population through a number of ways including providing safe drinking water, providing accessible education and provide healthcare and accommodation to those who need it most. Theyhave plans to expand internationally in the future.
**Description**
The HR Business Partner will be expected to:
- Develop the HR agenda, strategies, policies and practices
- Advise on employee relations
- Oversee the development of Volunteer policies and procedures through effective line management
- Lead the end to end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to arranging interviews to onboarding new starters
- Producing HR reports for CEO and trustees as required
- Advising staff on HR related issues, providing query resolution and guidance
**Profile**
This HR Business Partner should:
- Have generalist HR experience
- Have strong understanding of UK employment law
- Be a competent user of Microsoft Office
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Have meticulous attention to detail
**Job Offer**
- A salary of £33,000 - £39,000
- Opportunity to work for a well established and growing Charity
- 22 days holiday allowance + bank holidays
