Sales Specialist (Tender Repair Specialist)

The Sales Specialist is responsible in providing on-site customer service, and to plan and manage sales opportunities with our service business to ensue KPIs and high-level customer satisfaction.

You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance as well as promoting regular and proactive on-site communication to the customer and internal partners.

The successful applicant is an effective communicator, curious about the customer’s business and always striving to exceed their expectations. You can turn strategy into objectives and actions and contribute to the overall KONE business.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be a part of our Service team based at our Clapham office.

Key activities on this role are:

- Receive sales leads from technicians, supervisors, and third-party companies
- Validate the lead and fill any missing information
- Convert the lead to an opportunity
- Create tender and communicate the works to the customer
- Follow-up the customer to ensure the order
- Order spare parts and create the work/service order
- Develop strong relationship with internal partners to ensure the accuracy of information on to allow timely, accurate tenders to be issued to customers.
- Volume based role, Customer calls and Quote Volume’s

Skills and experience required:

- Previous office-based sales experience
- Account management experience
- Understanding of Targets, forecasting and managing sales funnels and results
- The ability to influence and negotiate
- Target sales driven
- Good customer service experience
- Handling customer questions & inquiries
- Can-do attitude
- Flexible working mindset
- Good written and spoken English
- Good IT skills
- CRM usage, SAP, or Data awareness. (Preferable but not necessary)
