Active Nation are on the hunt for one **Club Assistants** in our friendly and popular club on the outskirts of Preston.

So, we are looking for **one** enthusiastic and energetic Club Assistants. One role is full time and the other will be around 20 hours but both need to be passionate about the benefits of being physically active and love being great conversationalist and a motivator to a wide variety of exercisers - from the frequent gym goer to the timid first timer.

You will report to the _Club_ _Manager_ and be responsible for:

- **Motivating members on their exercise journey**
- **Increasing membership subscriptions**
- **Assisting the Club Manager on Operational Performance**
- **Outreach activity and promotions**
- **Health & Safety on shift**
- **Leading group exercise classes (would be an advantage)**

**We need you** to be here when we’re busiest, so you’ll need to be able to work a variety of day shifts, evening shifts and weekends, and be flexible. The club is situated in the Capital Trade Park near Walton Le Dale, and consists of the main gym (60 items of CV and resistance kit), main studio with Virtual Class options, Active Burn room for circuits and boxing training.
