This is an exciting time to join our in house Learning and Development team as Learning Design Support. Working for the Digital Learning Design Manager, you will be part of the team that will be responsible for bringing learning to life digitally that will help develop our colleagues.

**Purpose of the role**:
To contribute to the concept, design, build, evaluation and specialist support of any learning elements as required by the L&D function for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide solutions at initial scoping stage of any learning concepts
- Use the software creatively to produce engaging learning solutions
- Carry out robust user testing, providing feedback to the Digital Learning Design Manager and implementing any agreed improvements
- Undertake general duties to support the L&D team as required
- Monitors the feedback and customer experience of the learning solutions, providing a first-class service and collates suggested improvements for the Digital Learning Design Manager, taking any action where required

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Communicates effectively with all customers in the group
- Actively sells the benefits of digital learning to all customers
- Take all necessary action to provide a fast and efficient service

Work within the industry standard of 37hrs build for 1hr for new creative content
- Accurately use all software to produce a high standard of learning solution making sure service levels are provided within agreed timelines
- Keeps up to date with group operational processes to make sure accurate content is provided
