We are looking for experienced, hard working and reliable Bank Cleaning Operatives to come and join our teams across two of our beautiful wedding venues, one being in Maldon and the other in Hatfield Peveral.

Maldon shifts are either 8am-2pm or 10am-2pm

Hatfield Peveral shifts are either 7am-1pm or 10am-1pm

The days for this position will be flexible, as we clean the venues when they have weddings booked. This will include a mix of weekdays & weekends. Opportunity for more hours across other sites if wanted.

£12.21 per hour - 4 weekly pay

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks to a high standard including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and hoovering various areas of the venue, this will include cleaning accommodation/bedrooms at both venues (training will be provided), as well as ceremony and breakfast areas, dance floor areas, bathrooms and communal areas.
- Empty bins and replace liners as needed.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products when required.
- Follow established cleaning procedures to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and monitor stock levels.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping of at least 1 year is essential
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality standards on every shift
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize duties efficiently.
- Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and clients.

**Job Type**: Part-time
