Leading Ecommerce/Travel client now requires a talented ‘Full Stack JavaScript Developer’ who is proficient in front and back-end development. (React/Node.js).
You will be joining their Digital Sales Systems department, as part of their engineering team: Working with product owners, business analysts, scrum masters and engineers to implement across their estate of cloud native software product.
The role revolves around the use of Modern JavaScript/Typescript hosted on AWS with Kubernetes, with a fully automated continuous integration pipeline.
**What will a day in the role entail?**:

- Working as an integral part of an agile team contributing towards the planning and development of systems.
- Collaborating with engineers, product owners and business analysts to define solutions, ways of working and share knowledge across the department.
- Reviewing code and providing support to members of your team.
- Designing and building Node.js/GraphQL APIs

**The ideal Senior JavaScript Developer**:

- Senior level experience in modern JavaScript, written with ECMAScript, Typescript, Node.js, React, Next.js etc.
- Vanilla JavaScript
- React Native Experience (This will be a Full Stack role positioned in a mobile team).
- Experience designing and developing HTTP APIs in Node.js
- Understanding of DevOps/modern infrastructure practices (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI, etc) and a desire to learn more.
- Experience working in autonomous agile environments.
- Experienced in front and back-end development (React.js/Node.js/GraphQL)
This tremendous opportunity allows you to become part of an innovative award-winning ecommerce organization who are leading in the travel sector.
The role consists of hybrid working with 1 day in the clients Kings Cross office and the rest working from home.
This is a permanent position which provides a base salary of up to £90,000 plus excellent benefits package.
