Resourcing Specialist

At Sheffield Forgemasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Specialist to join our team, on an 18 months fixed term contract.

This role is based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield. Our People & Culture department supports the organisation with workforce engagement, development, and organisational culture alongside Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Learning & Development, Reward & Recognition and Employee Relations. This role is working in our Talent Acquisition & Recruitment workstream.

As a Resourcing Specialist, you will support all recruitment activity, ensuring that Sheffield Forgemasters have the right people, with the right skills, available at the right time to deliver our business goals.

**What you’ll be doing**

- Drafting and posting job ads.
- Contributing to social media activity and other talent attraction methods.
- Supporting with all interview stages.
- Support with coaching and training hiring managers.
- Assisting with the new starter onboarding process.
- Raising purchase orders for any 3rd party spend.

**About You**

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced inhouse or agency resourcing role.
- Experience working in Engineering or Manufacturing sectors is an advantage, but not essential.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.

**The Working Pattern**

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. We offer flexibility in our start and finish times between 06:15 - 09:30 and 14:30 - 18:00.
