**THE COMPANY**

The company is a new start-up that has partnered with some of the largest banks working to revolutionize how compliance is delivered. They are achieving this by building a solution that will utilize next-generation cloud-based technology to build a platformthat will streamline Sanctions Screening. The company is growing quickly, and they are looking to add a new Tuning Lead to help guide the Tuning Analysts in the tuning of the product to ensure its effectiveness for the client.

**THE ROLE**
- Leading and managing the Tuning Data Analyst team.
- Monitoring and analyzing what goes in and out of transaction flows.
- Reporting analysis and what is making hits and false positives.
- Performing analysis with the result of the false positives report to design and recommend solutions for the tuning out of the false positives.
- Working and interacting with Clients and stakeholders.
- Working with cloud-based AWS.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Proficiency in using software like BAE and Fircosoft.
- Previous skills using SQL and Python with an analytic mindset.
- Some exposure to Machine Learning, and how to tune decisions.
- Proven ability to manage big teams and build them up from scratch.
- Must have previous hands-on experience with tuning decision trees
- A background in banking is preferred.
