**Job Title**: HR Officer **Location**: Pontyclun **Excellent development opportunity **This is a great opportunity to develop your HR career through the roles of HR Officer to HR Business Partner to HR Manager You are mentored by the National HR Manager, with a CIPD further education package included. No day is the same as you will cover our multi-site business from our base at Pontyclun, where your Manager and job mentor is based, plus the majority of the HR Team. You will therefore receive excellent support from day one, easing you into this exciting role. It is a fast-paced **HR generalist role** with the core activity being employee relations, policy development, HR projects and improving our HR systems. You will work alongside the National HR Manager in these shared responsibilities. Recruitment activity is conducted by an HR Officer colleague. You will need to know basic employment law and to be positive and energetic in approach - a "can do" person. We have considerable latitude to take HR in our own direction of travel and we are not hindered by a corporate mentality. There are exciting projects ahead. **What you will work**:Monday - Friday - Office Hours 8:00am - 4:00pm or choice of 0900 to 1700. Also you can opt to work one of these days from home. Ideally you have 2 to 3 years experience ready to perform the role from day one.
