Foundations and Buildings Ltd is a Fully CE Accredited established since May 2008 our M.D has over 30 years’ experience in construction. We are primarily involved in Steel Fabrication, Construction, Demolition, Civil Engineering and all Steel Works.
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking a Business Administrator to replace a departing team member.
Recent administrative experience required, including:
Day to day admin duties as:
- Answer Phones communicate to the relevant person enquiries.
- Booking all Trainings as on sites or at the provider premises also online trainings.
- Keeping an up to date spread sheet within the training expire dates.
- CITB grants
- Maintain skip book
- Match Delivery Notes to Purchase Orders
- Filing
- Archiving
- Print and update all company forms
- Hire/off hire plants for sites at the best rates
- Keeping meetings up to date
- Writing letters were requested.
- Prepare folders for site and company internal documents.
**Purchasing department**
**Placing all orders going through the company such as**:
- Maintain all Stock for office
- site; order uniform; safety equipment; tools; lifts straps; welding products, vehicle parts
- Diesel orders
- Raise orders on authorised order forms
- Returns
**Inspection duties**
- Test Certs Steel - Log and File.
- Dealing with Audit annually
- Maintain new forms into FPC Manual,
**Legal/Maintenance duties**
- LOLAR Certs Log & Arrange
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Consignment notes
**Marketing duties**
- Marketing - Touting for Business, letters, search planning app’s etc
- Maintain Websites as, official page, Facebook
**IT**
- Solv computers repairs; updates
- Printer - refills and break downs
Prior experience with account duties as: payroll, nest, banking when necessary to cover member of staff is essential but not compulsory.
