OPEX Personnel are pleased to be working in partnership with ALDI. We are currently recruiting for multiple Warehouse/ LLOP pickers to work at their state of the art warehouse/ Distribution centre based in South Marston Industrial Estate, Swindon

**These are GENUINE TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITIES**

**LATE/NIGHT SHIFT (18.00PM - Finish - Usually 02.00 / 03.00 am)**

You will be working for one of the UK's most admired retail brands, working in their state-of-the-art warehouse facility operating a Low Level Order Picker to pick goods as directed by a voice activated picking system (Picking experience is advantageous but not essential)

Whilst on your journey with ALDI you will realise that it has genuine career potential. The majority of management all started as LLOP pickers and worked their way up and a large percentage of them started as agency workers also

**Duties for this role will include but are not limited to**:

- Operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) to carry out daily duties
- Picking and stacking goods ensuring that targets are met
- Reporting of any issues to the relevant department whilst ensuring the warehouse operations and procedures are operating smoothly and efficiently
- Using a voice activated head set that will direct you to your next pick location
- Assisting in other areas as and when required
- Working towards hourly pick targets - however these will increase gradually during your company on-boarding
**Rates of Pay and hours - LATE/NIGHT SHIFT**:

- **£11.50 per hour (starting rate) - any hours after 22.00 paid at £13.80 per hour**:

- **£12.17 per hour after 12 weeks - any hours after 22.00 paid at £14.60 per hour**:

- Optional overtime available
- 18.00PM - FINISH (Usually 02.00am) working a 4 on 2 off rota (weekends are included - Not every weekend but they do fall as days in on the rota)

This is a fantastic opportunity that is offering the potential for a permanent placement after a successful 12 week trial period

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.50-£14.60 per hour
